Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessment Request Form

Breathe California’s Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessment Program helps clients learn how they can maintain overall safe and healthy indoor environments for our communities. We offer help with analyzing facilities, identifying respiratory triggers and irritants, providing recommendations, and reducing symptoms.

ELIGIBILITY: Any community member within the counties that we serve (Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz) who is low-income or has a respiratory condition or is endangered by environmental factors is eligible for a FREE Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessment and a Fall Risk Assessment.
