This service for all age groups includes one-on-one asthma education and an environment assessment of respiratory hazards. We provide asthma remediation equipment based on your needs and complete 2-3 follow up visits. Breathe California Asthma Home Visit Services include:
- Asthma Education & Training – Asthma management, triggers/controls, medication, inhaler use, etc.
- Indoor Air Quality Assessment – Identification of respiratory hazards, EPA Home Assessment Checklist
- Senior Fall Risk Assessment – Initial screening, testing of strength, balance, and gait
- Follow-Up Phone Call & Asthma Remediation Services – Air purifiers, HEPA-filtered vacuums, helps with minor leaks and repairs
