"My son and I are walking for my mom, who has been a severe asthmatic for the past ten years. She has been hospitalized 7 times has had a tracheotomy. We've had a tough time because there are not many treatments out there, but we hope that raising funds will help change that."

Ash Kickers Quit-Smoking Classes

Our Ash Kickers Smoking Cessation Class offers a comprehensive approach to kicking the habit. The 6-session program offers countless strategies and support to help you start down a path towards a healthier life.

The class meets twice during week 3, with the additional meeting held on Thursday, October 28th.

The program fee is $70 per person. A senior discount is available. The cost for participants 65 years of age and older is $50 (id required).
